The value of a blog decreases when it isn't actively earning revenue, this was an oversight on my part when removing ads. People don't care about "potential" value.

Therefore if I want to sell 45n5 and move out to our land to dissapear for a few months (or longer) and build a house then I want to get the most out of 45n5.com that I can.

Really like the direction you're taking 45n5. Love those ad-spot names too. Especially "King of the 125s"... Kind of Howard Stern-like. I think 45n5 will bring in serious cash because of the amazing value you continue to grind out daily. I'd buy some myself if I was in the make money niche, but I'm more of and end-user or customer for your advertisers.
